Shipping and delivery

Eligible delivery addresses, available shipping options and shipping charges for Muzikexpres orders are shown at checkout. Before confirming your order, you can see the total amount, including the product price and any delivery charges.

Order preparation and delivery

Orders for in-stock products placed by 14:00 on weekdays, with payment confirmed, are handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day. Where a special preparation or procurement period is stated, the period shown on the product page applies. After dispatch, delivery is generally expected to take 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery address's distance from Istanbul. These periods are estimates; deliveries are not made on public holidays. For special orders, the preparation period stated on the product page applies.

The delivery period stated on the product page or during the order process applies. Except for statutory exceptions concerning personalised products, consumer orders must be delivered within 30 days of the order date. Once dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking information provided.

Delivery is made to you or the person you designate at the address specified in your order. If you notice an error in your address or contact details, inform us as soon as possible. Our statutory liability for loss or damage during shipping continues until the product is delivered to you.

Delays, damage and failed delivery

We will contact you if there is a problem with product supply or delivery. If we learn that performance has become impossible, we will notify you in writing or on a durable medium within 3 days. All amounts collected, including delivery costs, will be refunded no later than 14 days from that notice. A product being out of stock does not, by itself, constitute impossibility.

For damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries, contact us with your order number. Photographs or a carrier's damage report may help our review; their absence does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights. For withdrawal and returns, see our Cancellations and returns policy.
