Cancellations, withdrawal and returns

This policy applies to purchases made as a consumer through www.muzikexpres.com. Your rights under Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts are reserved.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days from the date you receive the product without giving a reason or paying a penalty. You may also exercise this right before delivery. Send your notice, including your order number and the products you wish to return, to the email address below or in writing to our registered address. You do not have to use a particular form. You may also use our contact form for support.

Sending products back

Send the product to our return shipping address below within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. You can contact us to arrange the return shipment. Returns made through the carrier specified in our pre-contractual information are free of charge. If no return carrier was specified, the cost of returning the product with any carrier will not be charged to you. If the specified carrier has no branch in your area, collection will be arranged at no additional cost.

Package the product, including any accessories and parts supplied with it, to prevent damage in transit. Providing the invoice or order number helps us locate the transaction. Opening the packaging does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal. Examining the product in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use does not result in a loss of rights.

Refunds

We aim to complete returns within 7 business days after receiving the product; the statutory periods below remain the maximum deadlines in all cases.

Payments collected, including delivery charges covered by legislation, will be refunded within 14 days from delivery of the product to the carrier specified in the pre-contractual information. If a different carrier is used, this period starts when we receive the product. For orders not yet delivered, the period starts when we receive the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made in a single payment using a method appropriate to the original payment method, without imposing any cost or obligation on you. The time taken by your bank to credit the refund may vary.

Exceptions and defective products

Only exceptions listed in legislation apply, and only where their conditions are actually met. These include personalised products; goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after protective packaging has been opened; and software or digital content supplied on a physical medium whose protective packaging has been opened. A product being an electronic device or a pair of earphones does not, by itself, prohibit its return. Your statutory remedies remain available for defective, incorrect or incomplete products; please contact us with your request.

Exchange requests

You may contact us to request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are arranged subject to stock availability of the selected product. Your rights of withdrawal and rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
