Distance sales agreement

This document explains the rights and obligations of the parties for orders placed as a consumer through www.muzikexpres.com. The product, price, delivery and buyer details specific to each order appear in the checkout order summary and the order confirmation.

1. Seller and buyer

The buyer is the consumer who places the order and provides delivery and billing details at checkout. The store's trading name is Muzikexpres.

2. Subject matter and price

The essential features, quantities, selected variants and prices of the purchased products are shown on the relevant product pages and in the order summary. The total price, applicable taxes, any shipping charges, discounts and payment terms are disclosed before the order is confirmed. Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY). The confirmed order total applies; additional charges will not be collected without the buyer's express consent.

3. Orders and payment

Before completing an order, the buyer checks the products, address and total amount and selects one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Completing the order creates an obligation to pay. The order record and confirmation are sent to the contact address provided by the buyer. If incorrect information or a transaction error is noticed, the buyer may contact customer service.

4. Delivery

Products are sent to the address specified in the order within the stated delivery period. Except for statutory exceptions concerning personalised products, delivery must not exceed 30 days. The seller's statutory liability for loss and damage during transport continues until delivery. If performance becomes impossible, notice will be given within 3 days and all amounts collected will be refunded no later than 14 days from that notice. Lack of stock alone does not constitute impossibility. Further details are set out in the Shipping and delivery policy.

5. Withdrawal, returns and cancellation

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason or paying a penalty; this right may also be exercised before delivery. Notice must be given to the seller in writing or on a durable medium. The buyer must send the product back within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. The return carrier, costs, refund periods, sample notice and exceptions provided for by law are set out in the Cancellations and returns policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. No special form or seller approval is required to exercise the right of withdrawal.

6. Defective goods and consumer rights

The buyer retains the remedies available under Law No. 6502 for defective, incorrect or incomplete products. Warranty and after-sales support requests may be made through the seller's contact channels. This document does not restrict consumers' rights under mandatory legislation.

7. Personal data and disputes

The processing of personal data used for orders is explained in the Privacy and personal data policy. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to the applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules, disputes may be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence or the place of the transaction. Provisions on mandatory mediation remain applicable.
